DAAC TRAAX Episode 3 - March 2010

Kyle talking George down from the brink of a failed technology-induced meltdown.

The third episode of DAAC TRAAX, an audio calendar of things coming up in the next month here at the DAAC. It broadcasts live on 88.1FM WYCE here in the Grand Rapids, MI (and on the internet) at midnight (EST) on every first friday of the month. Then we stick it here for your podcasting pleasure.

This one got a little weird because of some technical difficulties. But will technical difficulties stop the rock? NEVER! Co-hosts Kyle and George simply soldiered on until everything just sort of fixed itself with no intervention from them whatsoever. It could have been way worse. Trust us.

This episode covers the month of March 2010, and includes music from:

Flying Without Wingz - DAAC TRAAX Theme
Religious SS Disorder - Unknown
Dylan Ettinger - Innerspace
Jes Kramer - Town Fire
Tokyo Morose - Hump Full of Glitter
Jes Kramer - Wherever Here Lies
Candy Bar Boys - Chapter 5
Radiator Hospital - Bummer Summer
Paul Baribeau - Eight Letters
Skeleton Party - The Crossing
Palmyra - Regrets
Lovestranger, MD - Mechanic on the Beach
Past Lives - Past Lives
Air Waves - Lightning
The Juliets - The Letter (download the whole album!)
City Center - Thaw (Live at the DAAC 05/03/2010 download)
Flying Without Wingz - DAAC TRAAX Outro (same as Theme)

Check out the calendar of upcoming events for more details about everything we mention in the podcast.

Special thanks to Kevin, Matt, and especially Kyle at WYCE for letting us do this thing. WYCE is the greatest little community radio station on the planet, and is a proud service of the Community Media Center. They're the best!

Tune in for the undoubtedly magical next episode of DAAC TRAAX on Friday, April 2nd, midnight EST. See ya then!
