This is my drawing table. I've been working on a new comic for a few weeks and so i've spent a few hours sitting in that chair hunched over that desk drawing as of late. I really like my drawing table alot. I bought it at an estate sale in grand rapids actually, from someone who collected alot of sci-fi pulp novels from the 40's and 50's. I really like seeing places where people create things, so i figured i'd share my desk with everyone. Those papers taped to the wall are my thumbnail sketches and character drawings. I have to put them on the wall because my desk is too small to lay them on the table and still have room to draw. I rinse my brushes out in an old pickle jar filled with water, and keep all of my pencils and pens and brushes in an old planters peanuts tin. Since the desk is made of fairly soft wood and is marked up a bit i actually have to draw on a piece of smooth hardboard if i don't want a whole bunch of wierd marks on my paper. Anyhow this is where i work on my comics. And pretty much anything else i do.
