yeah, like i said... i'm not huge on it either. Which is a shame because I LOVE purple. My biggest problem with it is that the painter painted all of windows shut! and hasn't been back to fix it in days. the rain that prevented his work only stood to make the house more muggy.

Yay to much needed improvements. I am starting on my 5th year here, I think and it's already better than ever.

Kyle, TD&P are not doing it - contracted it and the scraping out. We had so many weird runins with the scrapers because it is pretty invasive work around the windows. one incident, where they charged the porch very early int he morning felt a little reminiscent of Brazil. They were incredibly nice, though.

oh, and kyle, your old unit is for rent again - it's time to move back!
