it's of the Tacheles art center, a formerly squatted and now sort of hightly subsidized but still really trashy building on Oranienburgerstrasse. It's really weird now that you can tell that they put government money in it, but its still all punks around campfires etc., and the art isn't really all that good at all.
sort of like the daac but way more rad.
what is that top picture of?
