WING HEAVEN - MACARONI WEDGES

On Monday night, before the storms, there was a deluge in my belly.

I had already had a bowl of Pasta, but my dad and I went to the new wing heaven in Alger Heighrs to pick up some food.

I wasn't too hungry so I just got the Macaroni Wedges and some fries. I had never had them before and they were cheap. They tated soooo good, but then, I love Mac nad Cheese. I really want to go to S'MAC next time I hit NYC.

Anyway, these dudes are tiny, but they pack a bunch. I showed up at Geo's for some IBL and I thought I was going to just sit there for days. I only ate five little wedges (which are macaroni and cheese shaped into triangles and then fried, by the way) but I was so full.

Worth a try if you dig fried stuff. I may get them again, but only if I stick to my work out plan!

COMMENTS:

my mother is from georgia, and its a southern tradition to start the new year with a plate of black eyed peas for good luck. Pictured here with collared greens and accompanied by a refreshing glass of apple cider - which is a michigan tradition for delicious! geo.
