AT and I cruised around today looking for potential sites in Eastown. We decided (all of us Eastown people) that having 5 people in an Eastown group was too much so now we're working in two seperate groups. AT and I compose the B squad, however i may think of a name that i like better at a later time, at which point i will call us something different. AT can call us anything he likes. But whatever, the point is we aren't "with" with the "other" Eastown group at this point.

In our drive around we found several ok looking places to start our garden/plot/space/whatever we're calling it, and after some discussion we decided that it would be better to think about what we wanted to do with the space first so we know what kind of space we want. Mainly we're concerned about the size of the space. We dont want it to be too big for just the 2 of us to work and on the other hand we dont want it to be so small that we can't do what we want with it (once we figure out what we want to do with it, that is). Another concern I have is finding an amiable part of the neighborhood. So far in one potential site we met with a less than savory character who seemed hostile to the idea overall.

Overall morale is high, progress is a bit slow but we aren't behind schedule yet (since we haven't made a schedule), and the weather is getting perfect for planting.
