JOHN'S OILY SLAW

Guest post by the TRUEST of BEN STUART's:

2/3 cup Canola oil
1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 tb Sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp celery seed
1 sweet onion diced to taste
1 tsp horse radish to taste

Combine all of the above in a ½ gal. container.

1# Slaw mix (without purple cabbage)

Add small amount at a time to container

Mix well until all the slaw is in.

Put in refrigerator to chill.

John is all about the cider vinegar and NOT about the mayonnaise.

Our friendship is based on this premise.

I like to throw in the purple cabbage...
