Word on the Street for October 15th, 2008!
Hello, Hello, Hello!
This week I finally got a chance to get out of the city and I have to say I was surprised to see how far into fall we have gotten. I had the opportunity to visit a local orchard with a group of kids and they had a BLAST picking apples and climbing around on a big mound of pumpkins. Each fall Mr. Man and I try to visit a few different local orchards and gorge on cider and apples. I love driving around out by Sparta and finding small family owned stands but a great quick trip out of the city is always Robinettes... if you have a favorite local apple stand let me know!
