BLOSSOMING LOTUS
SEPTEMBER 28, 2007 3:23 AM

Our visit to Portland lead us to the Blossoming Lotus, a fabulously vegan and raw restaurant on Davis between the 8th and 9th Avenues.
Blossoming Lotus!
We were treated with wonderful service and delectable food and beverage.

We ordered:
The Indian Bowl (quinoa (instead of rice) greens, curried vegies, mango chutney-- (linds and steph choice)
Indian Bowl
The Special--BBQ Tempeh Burrito (with black beans, rice, cilantro, guac, sour creme, and pico degallo) so freakin' good (jen and steph choice)
the Special!
The Indian Bowl (quinoa, beans, and greans, yum (Carolyn's choice)

I swirled some delicious local wine:

We also we treated with some mouth watering deserts (brownie parfait, LIVE fudge, mocha soft serve, and carrot cake), delicious beer (mother-something wit), and French press coffee. We left delightfully satisfied in every way.

We took a picture with our Fabulous Host (Tim?)
