training has been fun fun fun. been doing 20ish to 50ish miles a day and i feel wonderful.
today im going out to look at parks for the august 1st fun so yeah. im super looking forward to this one. going to do an interestingly strange acoustic noise set involving lots of ofs.

I will be watching for updates intently. It'd be so awesome to take 3 months off of work and ride across the country.
Hopefully the weather cooperates. Just yesterday I had to change a tube on the side of the road in 90 degrees. It was terrible. I'm sure you'll come across everything from 100 (or more?) degree sun to super cold rain!
I'm jealous.
