this place just opened up in lansing a very large space downtown right across from the baseball stadium 3 floors of hugeness with 2 or 1 floor(s) of gallery space and very noise friendly so sos o noise friendly the story goes like this the building is owned by jake's dad jake's dad owns a couple buildings/bars/strip clubs around lansing and he told jake that he could use this empty space if he could bring in a little money jake and his friends that run the place are "communists" but im under the impression that they are fakers karen isnt a communist tho she was there when i arrived last night to check the place out aj has been pretty active there and has all the inside connections meaning we basically have total complete access to this place we jammed and recorded last night with aj's buddy jay from from denver who is now in lansing jay ran a warehouse venue in denver called monkey something... i cant remember and he was in Pretty Thighs i believe which is funny because i just picked up a Pretty Thighs/KKRampage split onesided seven inch at vertigo the other day and i took some pictures with my phone

Much of the information provided in this article is reasonably inaccurate, and not appreciated. If you would like accurate information regarding B414, I urge you to attend the space and ask questions. Thanks!

dear mrs. racoon,

no one at the basement has ever asked my about my political disposition and i am a bit disappointed by your claiming to know what it even is.

jeeez

folks! come on!

every thing i posted here is hearsay.
this was posted in september of 2007 when 414 was nothing more than a mess of a space. what it is today is a beautiful space with a bright future.
