SOBA SALAD

Noodles, Greens, Edamame, Avocado...

...and anything else that happens to be in the fridge. When we're crunched for time, this tasty salad always hits the spot. We dress the noodles with a mixture of miso, tahini, and bragg's, cut up whatever is available, and then pile it on! Squeeze a little sriracha into the mix for a little added zing.

I like the variety of food you are showing they all look delicious - but my one complaint is that you don't have any links to the recipes!!! This would be a much greater resource if people could try some of the recipes for themselves. If you have a link please send it to me!
