i liked it and want to get that album so bad. i remember watching it and thinking, "oh god, is this going to be like napoleon dynamite? these characters, man..." and then being so happy when it wasn't at all. then the part at the end when christine holds/hugs richard from behind. i...i'm a sucker for that.

i didn't get to see it when it was at the uica. and there are no independent film venues in my city. (i saw that in a metro station in paris.)

probably one of my favorite movies of the past year. i also think the soundtrack is amazing. its been the uica's lobby music [for the last month]
