Visiting Dad Pt. 2

When I came home day from work my brother (pictured, who is now 17) had just left to visit my Dad in jail. I decided not to visit him. I have no idea what I would say, I know he just wants me to feel sorry for him and I refuse to do that, it's time for him to take some responsibility.

The more I think about the less likely I think it is he will go to prison (I really don't know how this works), because what good would that do anyone? I imagine he'll be put on some type of probabtion and forced to garnish his wages. Then, if he doesn't it's off to prison. Anyone know the laws and how it works for Deadbeat Dads who have commited a felony?

I wonder if he'll be mad that I didn't visit him?
I keep picturing scenarios in my head:

-After I didn't visit him he never talked to me again. Perhaps my dream was foreshadowing.

-My father showing up to my wedding in handcuffs, an orange jumpsuit and an escort.

Both are highly unlikely, but you never know.
