Visiting Dad

No, I haven't visited my Father in jail. But, my Aunt Denise (who I have not seen in 6 years) called my brother and explained the situtation. Her and my Grandfather (haven't seen him in 4 years) are trying to get enough money to bail him out (I guess they need about 18,000...ha. good luck) or else my father will be going to prison. Granholm recently passed a bill that makes it a felony to owe over 10,000 for child support.

One day I will say: My father is in prison. It will be weird.

I don't know how I feel about visiting him. This all sort of bums be out, but at the same time I don't even feel like he is my Dad. I don't know him, I don't feel he knows me. He's always been more of a family friend I visit.

Um, just because you bail someone out doesn't mean they won't go to prison.
