Some guy from milford did a report on Cell Phone Towers and NIMBYs. I think he used a picture of that tree tower. That is a cell phone tower, right?

Yeah it's a cell phone tower. My guess is it's coniferous and doesn't lose it's leaves however I bet some prestigious ladies club in West Bloomfield raises money to put christmas bulbs on it each year.
